But the Vehicle Code addresses certain crimes involving cars, motor vehicles and driving. The Health & Safety Code addresses most crimes involving marijuana or narcotics. 261(A)(4)	Rape: Victim Unconscious Of Nature Of Act
261(A)(4)(A)	Rape where a person is at the time unconscious of the nature of the act, and this is known to the accused.
