But the Vehicle Code addresses certain crimes involving cars, motor vehicles and driving. The Health & Safety Code addresses most crimes involving marijuana or narcotics. 269(A)	Aggravated Sexual Assault on a Minor by Force or Violence.
269(A)(1)	Aggravated Sexual Assault Of A Child - P.C. 261(A)(2)
269(A)(2)	Rape or sexual penetration of a child under 14 and 7 or more years younger than the person.
269(A)(3)	Aggravated Sexual Assault Of A Child - Sodomy
