But the Vehicle Code addresses certain crimes involving cars, motor vehicles and driving. The Health & Safety Code addresses most crimes involving marijuana or narcotics. 5650(A)	F&G - It is unlawful to deposit in, permit to pass into, or place where it can pass into the waters of this state any harmful substances.
